Yes. We operate seven days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, subject to availability.

A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date or order equipment. The amount will be confirmed in your quote and credited toward the final balance. Deposits for special-order products may become non-refundable once the order is placed.

Installation time depends on the vehicle, equipment and complexity of the work. We will provide an estimated timeframe before confirming your booking and let you know if anything unexpected changes it.

If we discover damaged wiring, previous modifications or another hidden issue, we will explain what we found and obtain your approval before completing any additional chargeable work.

Please provide the vehicle keys and a safe, reasonably level working area with enough space around the vehicle. Protection from heavy rain or extreme weather may be required so the installation can be completed safely.

We accept bank transfer, card payments and cash. Afterpay may also be available for eligible purchases through Square; please confirm this when requesting your quote.

Where compatible, we can retain features such as steering-wheel controls, factory cameras, amplifiers and vehicle settings. Compatibility and any required integration parts will be confirmed before booking.
